It is a special time of year as our children are graduating and achieving milestones. This weekend my little girl graduated pre-school. And yes, I cried like a baby! I have spent so much of my life trying not to cry or show vulnerability…fearful of being weak. I had an epiphany this weekend- WOW, how grateful am I to be able to express emotions! How amazing is it to love another being so much that my heart literally floods. Expressing emotions is a strength. It is a pass
