Fear

The only way around fear is through it.

Fear is a message that there is an emotional or physiological response to perceived threat.

It is letting you know something is going on, but it does not mean there is anything to do about it.

You don’t have to change it.

What there is to do is acknowledge it. It is your mind sending you a message to let your body know to strengthen. Nothing needs to be done with it to stop it.
