Setting Limits

Setting limits and saying NO to others is saying YES to you.

At the foundation where we balance our physical needs: food, exercise, rest, and schedule, it sets the tone and precedence with others. How you see you, is the lens you see others with. When you set limits with yourself, you set them with others. You get your workout in and eat healthfully, then you feel empowered to go to bed at an optimal time and not take calls later in the night. In return you wake up feeling rested the next day and not resentful towards others or disappointed with yourself. As you wake up rested the day after, you are in gear to do it again. Our minds think in polarities and make choices into a dichotomy.

NO doesn’t have to mean forever. It means NO thank you right now = YES to you!
