More than the challenge of movement, there is an art to stillness.
Stillness used to mean anxiety. Sometimes it still catches me unsettled.
Exercise creates an energy, fuels my foundation, and burns my jitters. Stillness is my solstice and my solstice is stillness.
As a mom, I need more space and time then a quick run to the bathroom alone. As a woman I need a place that creates tranquility and gives me a time out where I can notice the butterflies and the sunshine.
Mine is my office. It’s a representation of healing, transformation and peacefulness for my clients and most importantly for ME.
What is yours?
#forever a student to the art of stillness
