Water

Fuel your body, fuel your mind, fuel your world!

Water is the miracle cure. Your body is composed mostly with fluid, replenish it.

Water promotes:

– weight lose (flushes toxins and increases metabolism) – digestion (yes it makes you poop!) – mind clarity (promotes neuro-plasticity) – skin health (decreased wrinkles, do you want to look like dehydrated leather?) – hair regeneration (you water a plant and it grows)

Goal: add one glass a day – just one glass a day.

“You don’t like water,” you say- add some lemon or try bubble water (seltzer!)

You really hate water… begin adding water to your typical beverage choice.

Daily habits create life habits. Nothing starts if you don’t start something.
