Embrace the suck!

Sometimes things feel intense and maybe even fearful. Often thoughts are of running. They are just thoughts. They are data entering the computer. It is us as humans that give them meaning. Have you ever seen eagles running into trees, NO. They do not have the preoccupation of humans or give meaning to thoughts. They respond on functionality and necessity.

As humans we globalize our feelings as facts, or actually truths. When you have a sharp or intense feeling, say, “Right now I am feeling ___, right now”. It then becomes a feeling of the moment opposed to a global feeling describing your identity or existence. A feeling is a fact, but not your truth.
