Fear… 〰️ You cannot prevent yourself from feeling fear. There is no need to protect yourself from fear. 〰️ The solution to fear is to open your mind to a perspective that when it comes up or comes to mind, it does not mean you have to act or do anything with it or to it. 〰️ Fear is a thought. 〰️ Fears can be a fact, but does not mean it is the truth. A fear that comes to mind is a physiological response to a perceived threat. It is mind’s way of responding to something unpleasant. 〰️
